What is Ayurveda

At Arogya Holistic Care, every journey begins with a detailed consultation with our Ayurvedic physician. This allows us to understand your health concerns, body constitution, lifestyle, and doshic imbalance — ensuring that your care is safe, appropriate, and truly personalised to you.

Based on this assessment, a customised treatment plan is prepared which may include Ayurvedic therapies, herbal medicines, dietary recommendations, lifestyle modifications, and Panchakarma where appropriate. Your progress is monitored throughout by our experienced therapists using authentic herbal oils, medicated decoctions, and traditional techniques — every step of the way.

Panchakarma - Ayurvedic Detoxification & Rejuvenation

Panchakarma is Ayurveda's classical detoxification and rejuvenation programme, designed to eliminate accumulated toxins (Ama), restore doshic balance, strengthen immunity, and improve overall health. Unlike general wellness therapies, Panchakarma is a highly personalised treatment programme prescribed only after a comprehensive Ayurvedic consultation.

Consultation Required

All therapeutic Ayurvedic treatments and Panchakarma programmes require a consultation with our Ayurvedic physician before treatment begins, ensuring every therapy is safe and tailored to your constitution.

For relaxation, rejuvenation, or preventive wellness, selected therapies may be enjoyed without a prior consultation: Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Kizhi Therapies, Ayurvedic Facial, and Herbal Steam Bath / Sauna.
